Who we are

This site and the courses on it are supplied by From No to Yes (ABN 22 767 904 430) (“we”, “us”). We are based in Australia and sell worldwide. Prices are in US dollars. The best way to reach us is by email to hello@fromnotoyes.com.

Your account

There are no passwords. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that address secure. An account may be signed in on up to three devices at once.

Your access is personal. Do not share your account or pass course materials to others. Downloadable materials carry your name and email address.

What you buy

Each product gives you access to the content described on its page when you buy it. Access to a course is granted once your payment is confirmed.

The two courses, Foundations and Advanced, can be bought and taken in either order. We advise taking Foundations first, but nothing requires it.

If you choose a payment plan where one is offered, you agree to the instalments shown at checkout. If an instalment fails and is not paid, access bought with that plan may be suspended until it is.

Credentials

Credentials are issued by From No to Yes when you meet the published requirements for each tier. They do not expire. A credential obtained by misrepresentation, such as submitting someone else’s work, may be revoked, and its public verification page will then say so.

A credential records completion of this course. It is not a qualification issued by a government or a university.

Your work

What you write, record and upload remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can provide the course to you. Your written work and your drill recordings are private to you: no other learner sees them, and no one marks them.

Our materials

The course materials are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning and work, and print the one-pagers and workbooks for your own use. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them.

What we promise, and what we do not

We teach methods grounded in the published literature on decision-making and in the best practitioner accounts, with every source named and its kind stated. We do not promise any particular result in your sales, your income or your career, because those depend on many things outside the course.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Help with a purchase

If something you bought does not work as it should, or you need help with your account, contact us by email to hello@fromnotoyes.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights described above.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, the version that applied when you bought still governs that purchase.
